About the Role
Brave Souls Foundation is seeking a Programme-cum-Legal Officer for its New Delhi office.
Key Responsibilities

Legal: Draft, manage, and represent the organization in legal cases before courts and tribunals.

Drafting: Prepare reports, proposals, case studies, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordination: Work with survivors, raise awareness, build relationships, support advocacy, and document challenges in coordination with the legal team.

Programme Management: Monitor project progress, suggest program improvements, collaborate with the team, and represent the organization at meetings and events.

Research: Conduct legal and non-legal research to identify potential opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Minimum 2 years of experience in appearing before courts/tribunals and drafting petitions, complaints, representations, etc.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Understanding of challenges faced by survivors of acid attack and gender-based violence; commitment to human rights and social justice.

Proficiency in legal knowledge, writing, data management, and reporting.
Remuneration
?25,000 – ?35,000 per month
