Role: Senior Executive – Documentation

Work Location: Dibrugarh, Assam


Responsibilities:

Content Development & Reporting

  • Create high-quality documentation of project activities and impact.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual narrative reports with case studies and data highlights.

  • Collaborate with the MIS Executive to incorporate data insights.

Visual & IEC Documentation

  • Collect and organize photos, videos, quotes, and testimonials from field locations.

  • Ensure accurate tagging of media with activity, location, and beneficiary details.

  • Support in developing multilingual IEC/BCC materials focused on health and behavior change.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain a repository of project documents, case studies, training manuals, and media clippings.

  • Create project briefs, info sheets, and presentations for internal and donor use.

Branding & Visibility

  • Ensure alignment of all digital/print content with OIRDS branding and visibility guidelines.

  • Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and external communications.

Field Coordination & Events

  • Liaise with field teams to collect timely documentation inputs.

  • Conduct field visits for live documentation.

  • Support special event documentation (e.g., Poshan Maah, Breastfeeding Week).

Reporting

  • Provide weekly documentation updates to the Senior Program Manager.

  • Assist in proposal writing and donor communication with content inputs.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in health-related projects.

  • Preference will be given to local candidates.


Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and analytics
