GPSC Exam Schedule 2026 Released – Prelims Dates Announced for Class-1 and Class-2 Posts
The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has officially released the Preliminary Examination Schedule 2026 for multiple Class-1 and Class-2 government posts. As per the notification dated 08 January 2026, the exams will be conducted between February and April 2026.
This schedule is very important for candidates preparing for Administrative Officer, Private Secretary, Dental Surgeon, Veterinary Officer, Gujarat Education Service, Libraries Department, MIS Manager and other GPSC posts.

Joint Exam Notice
GPSC has announced joint subject examinations for some posts.
Group 1: Advertisement 48, 50 and 101 (Administrative Officers)
Group 2: Advertisement 103 and 104 (MIS Managers)
Group 3: Advertisement 47 and 51 (Libraries Department)
Group 4: Advertisement 99 and 140 (Principal and Training Posts)
Candidates who have applied for multiple posts within these groups will appear for a single subject paper.
General Studies Prelims Date
The General Studies (Part-1) examination for most GPSC posts will be held on 26 April 2026.
This does not apply to Advertisement No. 28 and 44.
