Job:-Training Officer
Location: Vasant, Kunj, Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
1.He/she will work closely with KK team and various stakeholders to finalise suitable training dates, venues, and roping in resource persons.
2.Regular correspondence including sending invites to participants / resource persons, finalize agenda, & address any logistical or administrative issues.
3.Communicate with NGOs/CBOs and trainees finalising their participation, seek nominations and address their queries, if any.
4.Maintain documentation including preparation of agenda, training reports, monthly / quarterly reports
5.Handle social media including regular message posting on X (Twitter), LinkedIn and face book
6.Prepare content for SPYM website and support the regular updating
7.Any other task may be assigned which is in the interest of SPYM project
Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Communication / Mass Communication / Development Communications /International Relations/Social Sciences/Literature or from any other relevant field.
Desirable:
1.Excellent communication and writing skills.
2.2-3 years of working experience in Communications, Journalism, Social Work and/or Documentation.
3.Demonstrated proficiency in digital communications and multimedia tools, including social media platforms and graphic design.
4.Work experience in HIV and AIDS sector.
Remuneration: 20,000 - 25,000/Month
