The goal of Amazon Core Exports is to provide customers anywhere in the world access to a frictionless shopping experience aligned with Amazon s brand promise to offer vast selection, great prices, and shopping convenience. We aim to delight cross-border (XB) customers by delivering a localized and personalized shopping experience, and a reliable and accurate delivery experience.

Amazon International Shopping (AIS) is how Amazon enabled cross border shopping to 190+ countries and territories around the globe where Amazon does not have a local presence. AIS experience is a frustration free shopping experience designed for cross border shoppers who shop on amazon.com but have selected a Non-U.S country as a destination for delivery. This experience on PC and Mobile platforms addresses cross border shopper issues related to product discoverability, program applicability, language and currency unavailability.

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Site Merchandiser to join on a contract for 11-month (full time). We are committed to provide coaching to help develop your skills.

Key job responsibilities:-

The role of Site merchandiser involves managing onsite merchandising for the AIS (Amazon International Shopping) experience on Amazon.com and other onsite locations including landing pages and banner locations throughout the Amazon.com site visible for Exports customers.

Support merchandising for peak events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, along with creating and executing selection discovery campaigns and outbound (email and push) campaigns.

Responsible for reviewing and updating the onsite content and managing onsite operation plans to avoid defects.

Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers.

Effectively build and publish content using internal tools.

Analyze performance of site content, report and seeking ways to improve.

Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs.

Contribute to outbound channel efforts.

About the team

Core Exports (CE) Marketing team focuses on driving awareness, consideration, demand and engagement for cross-border (XB) customers through branded, personalized, relevant and timely messaging based on customer insights. We manage different marketing channels including growth channels focusing on Mobile Growth, fixed marketing along with automated traffic channels such as Free Search, Paid Search, Shopping Ads, and Associates. We have owned & operated marketing channels that manage the onsite and outbound channels to build experiences that delight and inspire XB customers while being operationally efficient.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following

locations:

Hyderabad, TS, IND, - Bachelor's degree

Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly

2-4 years marketing and/or web/mobile merchandising experience - Strong communication & Stakeholder management

Category Marketing/Merchandising experience
