Roles & Responsibilities – Associate PTP
- Manage the complete procure-to-pay cycle from purchase order to vendor payment.
- Verify invoices with purchase orders and contracts.
- Maintain updated vendor master data and accounting records.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance & Operations for smoother payment cycles.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
- Process payments in accordance with Bunge’s global finance operations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.
- Assist with process improvements and automation enhancements.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable / PTP processes.
- Experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multitask.
- Understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements (preferred).
- MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
