Job Highlights:

Sales Management: Drive high-level branch sales for retail segments, achieve set sales, and collection targets.
Network Expansion: Expand dealer/distributor networks in strategic locations.
Sales Reporting: Expert in sales analysis and reporting, including Dashboard, Sales Collection, Per Day, Monthly, and Quarterly Sales Reports.
Inventory Management: Keep track of stocked inventory and manage stock points.
Product Presentations: Make company/product presentations and support the sales team through training programs.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals; analyze and control division expenditures to meet budgetary requirements.
Market Monitoring: Assist in monitoring competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Project Tracking: Monitor upcoming projects within the assigned territory.

Key Skills:

Sales Analysis: Strong analytical skills to generate and interpret sales reports.
Sales Forecasting: Ability to predict future sales and set goals accordingly.
MS Office Proficiency: Strong command of Excel and other MS Office tools.
Construction & Chemical Sales: Experience in the construction or chemical sales industry.
Networking: Ability to expand and manage dealer/distributor networks.
Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of the local language is an added advantage.
New Business Development: Proficiency in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Educational Qualifications:

Undergraduate: Any Graduate.
Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
Additional Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering, BSc in Civil Engineering, MTech, or MSc.

Job Description:
