Roles and Responsibilities – Telesales Executive
- Call existing and potential members to introduce and pitch premium membership plans.
- Meet daily targets for calls, talk time, and conversions.
- Build rapport and trust with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Track and report conversions and follow-up actions.
- Participate in reviews, training, and upskilling sessions.
- Possess strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language.
Roles and Responsibilities – Inside Sales Executive
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with profile setup, payments, and account management.
- Resolve queries efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and coordinate with support teams.
