Job Role: The duties and responsibilities will be in the Home which will be determined mutually based on the requirements of the task, on a day to day basis.
You will bring your professional expertise to deliver task, assist and advise us to develop competences, in the following areas:
• Management, Supervision and Monitoring of the activities at the Care Home as per ICPS rules and JJ Act.
• Renewal of license and registration for ICPS & JJ Act. ·
• Plan, implement and coordinate all activities, programs and operations, including training and treatment programs or correctional activities as the case may be. ·
• Ensure adequate security measures for safeguarding.
• Maintain all records and registers required under the Act.
• Ensure proper and timely maintenance of case files.
• Take prompt action to meet emergencies.
• Organize meetings of the Management Committees.
• Maintain budget for making requisitions.
• Supervising and monitoring of entire home premises.
• Maintaining all registers and files related to ICPS & JJ Act.
• Liaise, Coordinate and cooperate with the State Child Protection Society and the District Child Protection Unit.
• Coordinate with the Legal cum Probation Officer in the District Child Protection Unit or District State Legal services Authority to ensure that every child id legally represented.
• Ensure production of child before the Board or the Committee or the Children’s Court.
Salary: As per Guidelines.
