Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial transactions, including bookkeeping, budget preparation, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and donor requirements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle payroll processing, including tax calculations and deductions.

Manage grant accounting, ensuring proper fund allocation and timely donor reporting.

Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in the NGO sector.

Strong knowledge of financial management practices, grant accounting, and donor reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel) and MS Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
