Responsibilities:

1. Taking calls & messages and managing correspondence
2. Arranging meetings and appointments
3. Setting agendas and taking minutes of the meetings
4. Typing, preparing and assembling reports
5. Prioritizing work
6. Developing and maintaining a filing system
7. Managing databases
8. Implementing new procedures & administrative systems and improving the existing ones
9. Teaming up with important organizations and clients
10. Meeting and greeting client
11. Processing bills and monitoring expenses
12. Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email
13. Develop and implement office procedures
14. Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files
15. Compose letters, memos and emails
16. Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages
17. Perform administrative tasks, including filing
