Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
- Call candidates to encourage them to complete job applications.
- Schedule or reschedule the first day of work for employees and provide necessary information.
Application Review:
- Ensure application forms are correctly filled out.
Inbound Call Handling:
- Resolve candidates' queries over calls, email, and text.
Ticketing System:
- Manage queries through a ticketing platform like ServiceNow (advantageous but not mandatory).
Customer Experience:
- Maintain a quality score of 90% and above.
- Escalate complex issues as necessary.
Process Improvement:
- Suggest ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
Team Activities:
- Participate in team-building activities.

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of client data.

Skills:
