World Diversity in Leadership Conference theme will be "Climate Change & Mental Health, The Impact of Diverse Leadership Skills". The discussions and presentations would be centered on equity, diversity, and inclusion philosophies, and the need to foster diversity in leadership. Participants will be exposed to emerging critical issues and leading practices, learn new strategies, and be empowered to share valuable resources gained from the conference with others in their organizations, and will invite speakers from around the world to share their diverse perspectives and learn from each other.
