Position Overview:
As a ‘School Coordinator cum Educator’ for the NGO project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of educational initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, collaborating with teachers, students, parents, and the NGO team to deliver high-quality educational services.
Requirements: (Experience min 2 Years)
o Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
o Previous experience in coordinating and implementing Value Education projects or programs.
o Strong knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and teaching methodologies.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
o Ability to provide guidance, support, and training to teachers and other project staff.
o Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for promoting educational opportunities for underprivileged communities.
o Proficiency in using educational technology/ software and digital tools for teaching and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with Schools to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
o Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
o Monitor and evaluate the progress of the project, ensuring that it is on track and meeting its targets.
o Prepare and present progress reports, project documentation, and other related materials.
o Support teachers in implementing the curriculum effectively, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
o Work with teachers and curriculum specialists to develop and adapt the curriculum according to the project's requirements.
o Collaborate with parents and guardians to encourage their involvement in their child's education and progress.
o Monitor and assess the quality of teaching and learning, implementing improvements as necessary.
o Candidate should have own vehicle (bike) for schools visiting purpose.
Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Salary: Rs. 15 – 20,000/- per month.
