Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong digital and computer literacy
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Typing speed of 100 WPM or above
- Familiarity with Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of Customer Support tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Zoho – preferred)
