Roles & Responsibilities — Junior Payroll Specialist

• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Calculate and manage statutory deductions: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.
• Handle final settlements for departing employees and related reconciliations.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
• Respond to payroll queries through the ticketing/support system and coordinate with HR & finance teams.
