Primary Responsibilities (OTC / Mortgage)
- Review loan applications and verify customer financial details and documents.
- Apply credit assessment principles (4 Cs: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Decide on application processing steps — approve, escalate or reject based on risk analysis.
- Communicate with brokers, lenders and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Maintain professional conduct while handling customers and partners.
