- Basic understanding of programming, databases, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in one or more: Java, C#/.NET, C++, Python.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, Excel, JIRA, Linux/Unix.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
