Roles & Responsibilities – Assistant Manager Operations (Apprentice)
- Manage customer communication effectively for timely resolution.
- Ensure accurate reporting of transactions received at the Investor Service Centre.
- Support corporate clients with distribution and investor services.
- Identify efficiency improvements and contribute to customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service providers and report discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with knowledge management and team planning initiatives.
- Comply with all applicable regulations and qualification standards.
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting and adherence to HSBC process manuals.
Roles & Responsibilities – Universal Banker
- Monitor and report sanction evasion or AML policy violations.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and HSBC guidelines.
- Support AML and Sanctions Offices by providing requested information.
- Stay vigilant for suspicious transactions and report unusual activities.
- Complete AML and Sanctions-related training within required timelines.
- Request additional training when necessary for role-specific knowledge.
- Understand consequences of non-compliance with AML training requirements.
