Through its network of AMRIT Clinics across rural South Rajasthan, BHS provides high-quality, affordable, and responsive primary healthcare aimed at reaching the last mile. The organization also focuses on community empowerment, health awareness, and capacity building.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Form and nurture community platforms within the clinic catchment areas.
- Ensure timely and high-quality implementation of community empowerment initiatives.
- Plan, support, and monitor outreach and mobilization activities at the community level.
- Monitor program progress and recommend corrective measures as needed.
- Collaborate with the training team to build the capacity of health workers, volunteers, and community members.
- Prepare mentoring plans for health volunteers as per individual needs and potential.
- Analyze and document insights and data related to community empowerment for health.
- Mentor and support field teams, including health workers and community health volunteers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in community engagement and mobilization, preferably in rural areas.
- Preference: Experience in community health projects or healthcare-based interventions.
- Skills Required: Capacity-building, program monitoring, report writing, and strong understanding of rural socio-economic contexts.
