Roles & Responsibilities
1. Junior Office Clerk (Delhi Location)

Sort, pack, and distribute documents and mail in a timely and organized manner.

Report discrepancies to supervisors.

Prepare standard internal and external documents including photocopying, scanning, binding, etc.

Maintain logs, data entry records, and update filing systems.

Ensure functioning of office hardware (copiers, fax machines, telephones).

Manage stationery inventory and provide administrative assistance.
2. Airport Services Officer (Kolkata Location)

Handle operational challenges like overbooking, delays, and weather disruptions.

Coordinate with handling agents and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Control expenses related to baggage claims and ensure timely processing.

Assist in scheduling staff duty rosters and leave plans.

Attend operational meetings, conduct staff performance reviews, and support training and development.

Ensure all operational documentation and reports are accurate and well-managed.
3. Customer Sales & Service Agent (Mumbai Location)

Typical responsibilities may include customer support, ticketing assistance, resolving service issues, and handling sales-related queries at the front end.
