Eligibility Criteria

Age: 30–45 years

Education: Postgraduate (Social Work, Rural Development, Nutrition, or related disciplines) OR MBA in relevant fields from a reputed institution

Basic computer skills & knowledge of MIS
-
Experience in community-based programmes, preferably in health & nutrition

Good communication skills in Odia & local tribal dialects
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Crèche Supervisors & Workers across assigned crèches
Visit 15 centres per month to monitor and improve implementation quality
Ensure programme objectives and deliverables are met on time
Facilitate quarterly health check-ups for all children
Coordinate logistics: collect monthly indents, ensure ration & material supply
Conduct review meetings and develop strategies for supervisors
Guide staff to bridge training & job requirement gaps
Monitor safety & security, address grievances, resolve conflicts
Report gaps to Programme Coordinator/DPMU
Attend reviews, trainings, exposure visits, and coordinate with government departments
Perform other programme-related tasks as assigned
