Sr Finacle Helpdesk Support

Knowledge of Finacle Menu Options (CBS 7.0.25 / UBS 10.2.18)

Understanding banking business logic and core banking solutions

Managing day-end and beginning of day bank operations

Handling calls and troubleshooting issues

Experience in service ticket management solutions

At least 1 year of experience in similar roles in Indian Scheduled Commercial Banks

Work on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects

Collaborate with teams to understand access needs

Automate and improve workflows

Prepare reports to identify inconsistencies in access provisioning

Maintain user access roles and assist in audits
