About the Organisation
Established in 1985, IBRAD is a professional society registered under the Societies Registration Act. Founded by a group of professionals from diverse academic and scientific backgrounds—including universities, IITs, and Indian Forest Service officers—IBRAD focuses on research, training, and development programs.
Recognized since 2019 as a Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Tribal Development by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, IBRAD has operated across more than 10 Indian states in the sectors of forestry, agriculture, water resources, livelihood enhancement, and rural development.

1. Project Assistant

Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Livelihood Development Projects, preferably in tribal areas
2. Field Assistant / Community Mobiliser

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Community Institution Building and Livelihood Development Projects, preferably in tribal areas
Note:
Candidates with experience working specifically in Bankura or Jhargram districts will be given preference.
