Job Description:
Algoworks is hiring a skilled Backend Developer to work on highly scalable distributed systems and microservices. This role involves contributing to a high-performance engineering team and collaborating closely with product, design, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based architecture using Go (Golang) and Python.

Build distributed systems that are robust, scalable, and high-performing.

Ensure high code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

Maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.

Use data and metrics to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Go (Golang) and strong programming fundamentals.

Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.

Hands-on experience building distributed systems and backend infrastructure.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college (preferred).
Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience with gRPC, Protocol Buffers, and gRPC context.

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud providers.

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure automation.
