Job Description
Otis is looking for a System Engineer – Mechanical Sub-Systems to join its Tech Center in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years) to gain exposure in mechanical design, system analysis, and documentation within a global engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components and subsystems.

Carry out 3D modeling and drawing preparation using CREO.

Release drawings in Windchill and prepare EBOM/MBOM.

Conduct hand calculations for strength and layout design.
-
Perform code gap analysis on mechanical components and systems.

Create Test Plans (TEMP) for system and component qualifications.

Support prototype development, system performance testing, and type testing.
-
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Preferred Skills
-
Proficiency in CREO for 3D modeling.

Familiarity with Windchill PLM tools.
-
Strong grasp of mechanical system performance and design validation.

Knowledge of test planning, gap analysis, and field engineering practices.

Effective documentation and communication skills.
Educational Qualification

UG: Any Graduate (preferably Mechanical Engineering or related field)
