Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned brands at the regional level.
Sales Collaboration:
- Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
BTL Activations:
- Plan, execute, and measure the results of Below The Line (BTL) marketing activations.
Agency Coordination:
- Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective brand activation across all touchpoints.
Market Monitoring:
- Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and provide insights on market trends and consumer behavior.
Strategic Contribution:
- Contribute to the company’s overall strategy with input on marketing initiatives and tactics.

Job Requirements:

Experience:
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its dynamics.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
