Project Background:
Darbar Sahitya Sansada(DSS) with support from its corporate partner Tech Mahindra Foundation is currently implementing a program on vocational skill building for unemployed and marginally poor youths. The program known as SMART promotes market appropriate skills for youths mobilised from urban slums, provide 4 months course to them, grooming them for interviews and with support of employers assist them to gain better employability options

Eligibility Criteria:
• Preferably Post Graduate
• Candidate should have Degree or diploma in Computer science / Information technology / BCA / MBA/ MCA / Bsc. Comp sc. / Msc. Comp sc.
• Should be a computer IT savvy person and well conversant with MS Office (MS –word, Excel and Power point), Advanced Excel and internet research.
• Should be fluent in English and efficianly conduct classes on communicative English
• Should have knowledge of softskill
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducting training and other activities at the centre.
• Must be proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel and internet research.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Conducting regular Training sessions.
• Creating lesson plans, evaluating student’s performance, maintaining records.
• Should have relevant experience into Skill Development Sector for minimum 2 years.
• Assist the Reach team in developing proposals and other tasks as assigned by the Center Manager.
