Job description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvement initiatives throughout the organization's garment manufacturing and operational processes.

Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for optimization and automation.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals for automated systems and processes.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing infrastructure and software systems.

Assist in the selection and implementation of automation tools and software that align with the organization's needs and strategic goals.

Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot automation systems, identifying and resolving any technical issues or bottlenecks that may arise.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of automated systems.

Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT automation and process improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of automation initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong understanding of automation concepts, principles, and methodologies.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# is a plus not mandatory.

Familiarity/general info with/of automation tools, frameworks, and technologies, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Business Process Management (BPM) software.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex processes and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas and findings.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all aspects of automation and process improvement initiatives.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Knowledge or experience in the textile industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
