The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has officially released the ISRO ISTRAC Recruitment 2026 Notification (Advt. No. ISTRAC:02:2026) for 26 vacancies across multiple technical and administrative positions. The recruitment includes Technical Assistant, Scientific Assistant, Library Assistant, Technician-B, Draughtsman-B, and Cook-A posts.

ISRO ISTRAC Vacancy 2026 Details

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the required qualification for the respective post.

Technical Assistant

• First Class Diploma in:

  • Electronics Engineering

  • Mechanical Engineering

Scientific Assistant

• B.Sc. with Computer Science

• OR

• B.Sc. with Mathematics

Library Assistant

• First Class Bachelor's Degree

• First Class Master's Degree in Library Science / Library & Information Science

Technician-B

• 10th Pass (Matric)

• ITI / NTC / NAC Certificate in the relevant trade from NCVT

Draughtsman-B

• 10th Pass

• ITI / NTC / NAC in Draughtsman (Civil/Mechanical)

Cook-A

• 10th Pass

• Minimum 5 Years of relevant work experience

• Minimum Age: 18 Years

• Maximum Age: 35 Years
