UI/UX Designer

Organization: Phantasm Digital Works • Location: Global (Remote) • Position: UI/UX Designer • Qualification: Graduate • Salary: $500 – $2800

Phantasm Digital Works is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong motion-graphics ability to design delightful product interfaces and animated content for marketing and product use-cases. This is a fully remote role with global applicants welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Design and animate motion graphics content — explainer videos, social media clips, and short promos using After Effects / Premiere Pro.
Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features (UI/UX).
Produce pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile interfaces.
Conduct basic usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure design-to-development fidelity.
Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for UI design and prototyping.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Portfolio showing both motion-graphics work and UI/UX case studies (mandatory).
Good understanding of design principles, color theory, layout, and typography.
Experience creating interactive prototypes and conducting simple usability tests.
Ability to produce clean handoff-ready assets for developers.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.

Preferred

Familiarity with Lottie animations / JSON-based motion exports.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to communicate with front-end engineers.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Eligibility

Graduate in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Open to freshers with strong portfolios and designers with up to 4 years experience (adjust as needed).
