Roles & Responsibilities – Associate PTP

Manage the complete procure-to-pay cycle from purchase order to vendor payment.

Verify invoices with purchase orders and contracts.

Maintain updated vendor master data and accounting records.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance & Operations for smoother payment cycles.

Resolve invoice discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.

Process payments in accordance with Bunge’s global finance operations.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.

Assist with process improvements and automation enhancements.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable / PTP processes.

Experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.

Analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
