The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released the UTO Admit Card 2025 on 10 November 2025. Candidates appearing for the UTTO/UTO exam on 16–17 November 2025 can now download their hall ticket from the official website apsc.nic.in. LIVE

The exam will be conducted at designated centres across Assam. Carrying a printed admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre is mandatory.

How to Download the APSC UTO Admit Card

Visit the official website: apsc.nic.in.
Open the “Call Letters/Admit Cards” or “Latest Updates” section on the homepage.
Click on “Download UTO Admit Card 2025”.
Log in using your Application Number / Username and Date of Birth (or password if asked).
Verify details and click Download, then take a printout.

Printed APSC UTO Admit Card 2025
One valid Photo ID: Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter ID/PAN

Exam-Day Tips:

Reach the centre at least 60–90 minutes before reporting time.
Avoid carrying banned items (smartwatch, Bluetooth devices, notes).
Follow the instructions on the admit card & the invigilator’s announcements.

Troubleshooting — Can’t Download Admit Card?

Clear cache / try a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) or device.
Ensure the Application No. and DOB format (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY) are correct.
Check if your application is accepted; incomplete applications don’t get hall tickets.
If issues persist, contact APSC helpdesk (as per notice) with your registration details.
