Primary Responsibilities (OTC / Mortgage)

• Review loan applications and verify customer financial details and documents.
• Apply credit assessment principles (4 Cs: Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Decide on application processing steps — approve, escalate or reject based on risk analysis.
• Communicate with brokers, lenders and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Maintain professional conduct while handling customers and partners.
