Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate

Act as the first line of inquiry for Amazon customers via phone, chat, and email.

Respond to order, product, payment, and website assistance questions.

Use multiple tools to search for answers and solve customer issues quickly.

Work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and public holidays to meet customer demand.

Manage a 40-hour work week across shift patterns between 6 am and 11 pm, Sunday to Monday.
