Responsibilities

Respond to client queries via email.

Handle client inquiries through the online system.

Set up assignments based on email requests.

Ensure timely delivery of client assignments.

Communicate customer needs to the Delivery team.

Log feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

Report client updates and metrics to the team manager.

Meet performance indicators like response time, resolution time, and zero pending issues by shift end.
Eligibility Criteria

0 to 2 years of experience in any field.

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools.

Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
