Customer Support Officer

Communicate with sales and service teams about pending orders and receivables.

Act as a contact point for distributors, help with logistics, documentation, and payment follow-up.

Maintain records, ensure timely utility payments, and support CSR activities in the region.
Sourcing Engineer

Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure supplier capabilities.

Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Support internal audits, training, and supplier assessments.
