Job Description:

Pratham Education Foundation is hiring Team Leaders and Teachers for its innovative lower primary education program focused on foundational literacy and numeracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Pratham’s teaching methods to deliver age-appropriate learning for lower primary children.
Conduct regular learning sessions in literacy and numeracy using Pratham’s curriculum.
Maintain records of attendance, learning progress, and program activities.
Conduct home visits, community meetings, and events to engage parents and promote education.
Coordinate with program teams to ensure smooth execution of activities and initiatives.
Attend training sessions and integrate new teaching practices into classroom activities.
Be willing to travel and work closely within community settings.
