Citizenship: Applicants must be Indian citizens residing in West Bengal.
Educational Qualification:Family Income: The applicant’s family income should not exceed Rs. 3,00,000 per year.
- For students from WBCHSE: Must have secured 85% or more in the Class XII examination.
- For students from ISC/CBSE: Must have secured 90% or more in the Class XII examination.
Course of Study: Open to students pursuing studies in any stream, including Science, Commerce, Arts, Engineering, Medicine, Architecture, Law, or professional courses such as Chartered Accountancy, Company Secretaryship, and Cost Accountancy.
Financial Need: The scholarship is aimed at students who require financial assistance to pursue further education.
Exceptional Cases: The family income limit may be relaxed for exceptionally meritorious students at the discretion of the Trustees.

Benefits:

Tuition Fees: Covers tuition fees up to Rs. 50,000 per year.
Hostel Fees: Includes hostel fees within the same Rs. 50,000 limit.
Books Allowance: A one-time payment of Rs. 7,000 for books in the first year.
Duration: The scholarship is renewable annually for up to 4 years, contingent on satisfactory academic performance.
