Responsibilities:

• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote Starbucks' culture and values.
• Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer cues.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events, ensuring smooth store operation.
• Assist with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful coaching.
• Provide feedback to the store manager on partner performance during shifts.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by recognizing and addressing changes in partner morale and performance.
• Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback.
• Deliver legendary customer service by prioritizing customer needs and connecting with them.
• Develop positive relationships with the shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivations, needs, and concerns.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety, and security.
• Ensure proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience handling a team in a retail setup.
• Minimum education qualification: 12th pass or Diploma.
