Bullet Santi is an innovation model that focuses on point-to-point innovation. This means that it focuses on innovating within a specific area or function, rather than trying to innovate across the entire organization.
The Bullet Santi model has four key steps:
- Identify the need for innovation:What is the problem that you are trying to solve? What are the opportunities for innovation in your area?
- Define the scope of the innovation: What is the specific area or function that you are going to focus on? What are the boundaries of the innovation?
- Generate ideas: Brainstorm a wide range of ideas for how to improve the area or function. Don't be afraid to think outside the box.
- Select and implement the best idea: Evaluate the ideas and select the one that is the most promising. Implement the idea and track its progress.
The Bullet Santi model is a simple and effective way to drive innovation within an organization. It is particularly well-suited for organizations that are large or complex, or that have a number of different departments or functions.
Here are some examples of point-to-point innovation:
