About the Organisation and Programme : Bodh Shiksha Samiti is a not for profit organization (based out of Jaipur) working in the field of quality education since last 36 years. The organization strives to contribute towards ensuring equitable quality education for all the children irrespective of their socio-economic backgrounds. Bodh also works closely with the state governments to strengthen the public education system so that the quality of education provided to the masses improves and becomes what the national curriculum aims to be ensuring.
Bodh is running 31 Community Schools with the community members. Within the larger organizational framework, Community Bodhshalas play the most important role of not only being a critical demonstration of common community institutions but they are the ground for learning and innovation. They represent actual possibility with the mission of ensuring common effective qualitative learning in children which inculcates the ability of scientific thinking and critical reasoning for the prejudiced traditions of society.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Associate Program Manager and Program Manager
• Collect information from all the 31 Bodhshalas in a timely manner to produce reports which will enable the tracking of academic progress and managerial data compilation.
• Submit monthly reports to the Programme Manager and Associate Program Manager and to the Central Team based on the pre-determined objectives/indicators of the month
• To identify gaps and raise them with the Programme team in a timely manner
• Perform statistical analysis as per the program indicators and develop MIS trend reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Qualification and Experience
• The candidate should be no older than 35 years of age.
• Post Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks preferable in statistics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Education data collection or managing data will be preferred.
• Knowledge and proficient experience of Microsoft Office (specially uses of excel) and SPSS is non-negotiable.
• He/she should be comfortable to work in both languages Hindi and English.
• The candidate should be willing to work for at least one year in the institution.
Note: There is going to be practical – computer test to understand the Microsoft (Excel) computational skills during the selection process.
